Returns:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was received

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

 

Refunds:

Once the returned item is inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after the 14-day period
